Troy Chadwick
Chief Compliance Officer

Troy Chadwick brings 17+ years of transportation industry experience to his role as Chief Compliance Officer at Kirsch Transportation. Starting his professional journey as a critical care nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Troy found his passion in transportation. Prior to his current position, he held various roles in management, operations, IT, accounting, human resources, and compliance. Troy’s extensive background enables him to effectively manage carrier and customer contracts, legal matters, and insurance requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.

Tony Steffen
Chief Information Officer

Tony Steffen, as Chief Information Officer, leads Kirsch’s IT function along with providing the vision to advance the technologies we utilize throughout the business.  With over 24 years of IT experience, including roles at Department of Defense contractors BAE Systems and United Defense, Tony’s expertise ensures that Kirsch Transportation remains at the forefront of technological advancements.  He attended South Dakota State University with a BS in Computer Science.

Kelli Gleckler
Chief Accounting Officer

Kelli Gleckler, our Chief Accounting Officer, brings 19+ years of accounting experience to Kirsch Transportation. Throughout her 11-year tenure at Kirsch, Kelli has played a vital role in guiding the company’s fiscal growth during periods of exponential expansion. She and her team oversee accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, employee benefits, and payroll. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the owners, Kelli contributes to strategic planning for sustainable growth while maintaining a balanced and content workforce.

Jeremy Becker
Chief Revenue Officer

Jeremy Becker, as Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for developing sales strategies and solutions to meet revenue targets. With over 25 years of experience in the asset and non-asset sides of the transportation business, Jeremy joined Kirsch in 2010 and has played a pivotal role in driving company growth. His expertise spans operations, project management, sales, and leadership, cultivated through his tenure with two of the largest carriers in the US. Jeremy holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Doane University.

Tom Comstock
Chief Financial Officer

Tom Comstock has accumulated 12+ years of experience in the transportation industry, with 7 years serving KirschTransportation. Throughout his career, Tom has held various positions in operations, account management, and pricing, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape. As Chief Financial Officer, he collaborates closely with the COO, CAO, and ownership to align operational and fiscal planning for future growth. Tom holds a BBA in finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Anthony Ognissanti
Chief Operations Officer

Anthony Ognissanti brings 16+ years of combined experience in assets and brokerage to his role as Chief Operations Officer. With a background in fleet management, pricing, business development, and leading operation teams, Anthony’s expertise contributes to Kirsch Transportation’s operational excellence. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management and Computer and Information Sciences.
